These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Shaheen Cadet Coaching mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Mobile Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Mobile Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and fully responsible for all activities under it. Providing false information may result in termination. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account if you violate these terms.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any content you submit. We may monitor, but not claim ownership of, your content. However, you grant us permission to access and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

We are not responsible for loss of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your content.

Our Services may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties. Your use of such resources is at your own risk.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Mobile Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.

By using the Mobile Application, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services.
